Report an incident and get support

This form is designed to gather the basic information needed for us to understand what has happened and refer you to the most appropriate staff member within the Harassment Support Network (HSN).

We are here to support you if you are a student and have experienced hateful, harassing, sexually violent or discriminatory behaviours.

What happens next?

It is likely to take approximately 10 - 15 minutes to answer all the questions.

Please be aware the purpose of the form is to connect you with support from the HSN, it is not to start a formal complaint.

Once you have submitted the form a member of the HSN will contact you within one working day, but please bear in mind we will only be able to contact you during our working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Reporting anonymously

If you don't yet feel ready to speak to our HSN about what has happened, then please fill out the report anonymously form. This information may help us to prevent similar incidents happening in the future.

If you decide to seek support later, our HSN staff will be here whenever you are ready to talk to us.
